1. Collaborate with product manager, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
2. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
3. Assist in defining and refining product features based on customer feedback, usability studies, and data analysis.
4. Collect, organize, and analyse quantitative and qualitative data related to product performance, user behaviour, and customer feedback.
5. Prepare and present data-driven reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to internal teams.
6. Participate in user testing sessions and gather valuable insights to improve the user experience.
7. Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives.
8. Contribute to the creation of user stories, product specifications, and documentation.
9. Support the product team in various tasks related to product development and launch.

1. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret data from various sources.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheet software.
5. Familiarity with Mixpanel/Amplitude/Google Analytics is a plus.
6. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
