As a Product Merchandising Intern at Bangalore Rusks & Snacks Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in showcasing Ruskle's delicious range of products to our customers. Your proficiency in spoken and written English, Kannada, and Hindi will be valuable in communicating effectively with various stakeholders.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in creating attractive product displays to drive sales and increase brand visibility at events. Cash Management and Tallying of Sales at the end of the day.
2. Provide support in organizing product launches, events, and promotional activities
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative strategies for product promotion.
4. Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing stock to prevent overstocking or stock shortages.
5. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make recommendations for product improvements and enhancements.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of revenue generated).
