Product & Operations Engineering Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Take care of day to day operations of a small start-up unit
2. Work with R&D and productions team for production development and re-engineering
3. Manage field operations including setting up of solar micro-grids in remote locations, managing central operations, and other field liaisoning

Requirements:

1. Educational Qualification: Degree in science or engineering
2. Good communication skills, manage people and resources
3. Based in North India and have a good command of Hindi

Diligent science and engineering graduate with a desire to make a career in the assembly/manufacturing and testing of electronic devices, and design, installation, operation, and maintenance of solar-based systems. You will learn about supply chain, sourcing of components, designing electronic circuits, and oversee their assembly and testing. You will be expected to do projects around PCB design and work with vendors for fabrication of the same.

On successful completion of the internship, you may be given an offer to join the company, in which case you would need to create a structured and methodical way of working and managing operations, or in designing and operations of off-grid solar systems and will be empowered to do that. We will like to see you develop your skills and personality to be a leader and interact with other stakeholders on behalf of the company.
