Damn Design Private Limited is a motorcycle riding gear manufacturer based in New Delhi. Founded by Mr. Abhishek Joshi, a motorcycle enthusiast with years of experience in the industry, the company specializes in manufacturing jackets, pants, gloves, and luggage systems. With a focus on quality and innovation, Damn Design is now gearing up for the relaunch of its in-house riding gear brand, Venom Moto.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
2. Performing in-line inspection and end-of-line inspection on the sewing floor
3. Analyzing quality reports and preparing improvement plans
4. Helping the quality team, in checking the quality of the finished goods
5. Ensuring the right quality of the outward garment by conducting quality audits in the manufacturing process
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 25th Sep'24 and 30th Oct'24
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Delhi and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests

1. Candidate must have completed class 12th
2. Candidate from the apparel industry
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software
4. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
5. Proven experience in quality control within the textile or garment industry (preferred)
