About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Switching on equipment at the start of shifts and switching off equipment at the end of shifts
2. Evaluating staff performance and organizing training as needed
3. Evaluating the quality of end products
4. Ensuring that the workspace is clean and neat
5. Keeping a record of work orders
6. Ensuring that health and safety laws are followed
7. Collecting samples from the batches
8. Developing production plans and schedules to meet organizational goals and customer demand
