1. Training & Coordination:
Assist in new trainer outreach, onboarding, and orientation
Share necessary content, lecture plans, and trainer profiles with Points of Contact (POCs)
Coordinate online and offline lectures, track attendance, and ensure all materials are accessible
Handle resource and logistic requirements for sessions and ad-hoc tasks from colleges
2. Scheduling and Planning:
Create and update course schedules per college requirements and seek stakeholder approval
Manage trainer schedules on Google Calendar & Bookmark LMS, and coordinate for weekday and weekend online/offline lectures
Share College LMS credentials with trainers and upload, providing content as needed
Handle ad-hoc tasks required by colleges
3. Invoicing and Finance Management:
Assist in raising and sending invoices for courses to colleges
Ensure trainers submit invoices, verify them, and reconcile them with training hours
Upload invoices and expenses on the payment sheet
4. Administrative Support:
Attend stakeholder meetings, send minutes, and updates
Maintain college-wise trackers, update the master tracker, and prepare monthly reports
Create and share certificates with batches and colleges
5. LMS Management:
Manage course creation, resource uploads, schedule updates, and feedback extraction on Bookmark LMS & Learndash
Perform tasks within college-operated LMS and maintain activity records for future reference
