We are looking for a highly motivated Program Management Intern to drive revenue for one of the newly launched key product categories. You will collaborate and closely work with different teams to-
1. Drive sales adoption: Develop and implement strategies to increase adoption within our sales team, including training and driving incentive programs.
2. Track lead stage movements: Monitor and analyze the movement of leads through the sales funnel, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
3. Deduce customer Insights: Connect with customers to understand behavior, needs and motivation, and draw insights on conversion/non-conversion.
4. Benchmark with competition: Stay on top of competition to benchmark pricing effectiveness and product gaps.
5. Process optimization: Identify areas for process improvement within the sales cycle and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
