Program Management Internship

We are looking for a motivated Program Management Intern to manage accelerator programs and events. You will oversee program logistics, engage with investors, and ensure seamless communication with startup founders. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the growth of exciting startups.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Program Management: Develop and execute accelerator program plans. Coordinate logistics, mentorship, and participant selection.
2. Investor Engagement: Build relationships with investors, secure funding, and provide updates.
3. Founder Communication: Address participant needs and facilitate networking with mentors and investors. Event Management: Organize demo days, workshops, and networking sessions, coordinating with stakeholders.
4. Program Evaluation: Monitor performance, gather feedback, and prepare reports.

Requirements:

1. Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related fields.
2. Experience in events or project management.
3. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
