About the internship
As a program management intern at IIDE's Lower Parel office, you will support and manage various tasks associated with the virtual internship program (a one-month global internship initiative). Your role will involve managing communications, reviewing task quality, conducting sessions, and driving outreach campaigns. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain insights and experience in the digital marketing and education sector.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Review and ensure task quality for the virtual internship program
2. Manage communication efficiently via WhatsApp and email
3. Promote internships, screen applicants, and select top candidates
4. Prepare and share materials and resources with interns
5. Provide timely reports and host sessions for interns
6. Check intern tasks, provide constructive feedback, and review certificates
7. Conduct follow-ups with interns to ensure timely submission of tasks
8. Conduct and maintain comprehensive research to ensure data accuracy
9. Provide actionable insights to improve internship processes and outcomes
10. Proactively suggest and implement improvements to enhance the internship experience
11. Take on any additional responsibilities as assigned by management
