Program Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

a. Mentor Liaison:
1. Actively seek out and connect with industry professionals who possess expertise relevant to the planned workshops and boot camps.
2. Utilize various channels such as professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), industry publications, or contacting alumni networks.
3. Prepare introductory materials that clearly outline the program's goals, benefits for mentors (knowledge sharing, talent identification, industry reputation), and time commitment expectations.
4. Schedule introductory calls or meetings with potential mentors to discuss the program in detail, address their questions, and secure their participation.

b. Workshop/Bootcamp Development and Scheduling:
1. Work collaboratively with program directors or faculty advisors to identify relevant workshop/bootcamp topics that align with pre-graduate curriculum, industry trends, and student needs.

c. Event Hosting and Facilitation:
1. Actively manage the event flow to ensure adherence to the planned schedule. This may involve facilitating discussions, addressing student questions, and managing any technical aspects.
