About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Scheduling sessions and preparing the program timetable.
2. Ensuring sessions are conducted timely as per the timetable.
3. Managing technical and classroom arrangements, including Wi-Fi, equipment setup, and classroom environment.
4. Reporting to school locations at 7:30 am on program days across Mumbai, Nalasopara, Navi Mumbai, Thane, etc.
5. Facilitating interaction between students and speakers during sessions.
6. Ensuring students understand the session content and encouraging their participation.
7. Collecting and processing feedback forms and pre- and post-program assessment forms.
8. Documenting program observations and drafting reports.
9. Coordinating with school staff and teachers to ensure smooth program execution.
10. Providing any other assistance required in executing our educational programs.

Other requirements

1. Willingness to travel to different school locations: Mumbai North, Navi Mumbai, Nallasopara, etc. in the early morning hours.

2. Inclination towards education and academic studies.

3. Good organizational and multi-tasking skills.

4. Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English.

5. Proficiency in using basic tech equipment (laptops, projectors, speakers, wi-fi, webcams) and managing online meetings.

6. Experience in managing classroom settings or educational programs is a plus.

7. Ability to interact effectively with students, teachers, and professionals.
