Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 27th Mar'24 and 1st May'24
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

1. Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Event Management, or a related field
2. Prior experience in organizing sports events or tournaments
3. Understanding of gender or willingness to go through Patang's Gender Course
4. Strong organizational and leadership skills
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
6. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet timelines
Patang is a registered youth-focused trust started in 2003 with a vision to create an enabling environment to bring out the best in each young person, so that they can arrive at their own destinations, while taking others along with them. Based in Sambalpur, in Western Odisha, Patang is working towards a society where young people take initiative for positive social change, with a strong emphasis on developing the knowledge, skills and confidence of these young people. Through our innovative programmes we combine both these aspects in a diverse range of activities. The successful implementation of the various programmes in the last 20 years has helped us redefine ourselves as a Youth and Education Resource Centre (YERC).
