Project Assistant (Management/Logistics) Internship

Work Plan Preparation: Assist in the development and refinement of work plans for Nasscom's AI programs and activities. Collaborate with team members to identify key objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
Program Implementation: Provide support in implementing AI programs, initiatives and events. Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and training sessions for stakeholders. Coordinate logistical arrangements, including venue bookings, participant invitations, and materials preparation.
Stakeholder Enablement: Engage with startups and other stakeholders to ensure program efficiencies through effective delivery and reporting mechanisms.
Stakeholder Mapping: Identify and map potential partners, including industry organizations, academic institutions, and government agencies, with a focus on AI adoption. Conduct research to understand the expertise, capabilities, and interests of potential partners. Assist in building relationships and collaborations with key stakeholders to advance Nasscom's AI initiatives.
