Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Coordinate and manage multiple SEO projects effectively, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality standards.
2. Collaborate with teams to define clear project requirements and deliverables, aligning with client goals.
3. Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor adherence to project goals and milestones.
4. Monitor project milestones, identify risks early, and implement proactive solutions to avoid delays and maintain quality.
5. Perform thorough quality control checks to ensure all work meets project specifications and current SEO standards.
6. Implement process automation using G Suite, Slack, IFTTT, and other tools to enhance efficiency and reduce manual workloads.
7. Continuously refine project management processes, seeking opportunities for increased efficiency and productivity.
8. Stay updated on SEO industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to apply innovative solutions.
9. Maintain proactive communication with clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing concerns to ensure satisfaction.
