Project Management Internship

Rousing enables a customer to make data-driven lighting decisions. These decisions are centered around light fixture selection, placement, and overall optimization for energy consumption, budget, and design theme. To aid this, Rousing prepares lux reports which provide an analysis of light behavior inside a space. The delivery manager will be in charge of delivering these lux reports with the help of a simulation team and will be required to do low-level simulations himself to help a customer with a lighting decision, along with maintaining digital lighting assets with the help of a data team.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Acquire inputs from customers on projects and understand the delivery scope
2. Perform tweaks on delivered projects to increase customer satisfaction. Follow up with stakeholders, internal and external, for project conversations and maintain detailed documentation and records of the same
3. Prepare the final lux report as per the company template on Figma and document feedback on it
4. Continuous communication: Provide continuous communication and updates to the internal team and customer to maintain clarity on work done, work pending, and next steps
5. Maintain digital libraries of lighting products with the help of a data team
6. Map out a budget for a lux report based on the fixtures used in the simulation
