About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Carry out daily administrative and operational activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the organization
2. Manage technical resources and tools, ensuring they are utilized efficiently and effectively and are in alignment with our spiritual mission
3. Direct our social media strategy and team, ensuring engagement, growth, and alignment with our spiritual objectives
4. Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance our visibility and impact
5. Create project timelines, allocate resources effectively, and ensure all project milestones are met on time and within budget
6. Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team by providing guidance and support to achieve excellence in all organizational endeavors
7. Conduct and analyze market research to inform strategic decisions and community engagement efforts
