About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Managing and updating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
2. Allocating tasks to team members, tracking their progress, and ensuring deadlines are followed
3. Communicating with clients for approvals, resolving blockers, and managing turnaround times (TAT)
4. Updating relevant tools and sheets with information from both team and client communications
5. Learning and adapting to new tools or software as required
6. Providing regular updates and reports on task status and project progress
7. Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication
8. Preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions

Other requirements
1. Familiarity with project management tools like Taskade, ClickUp, Trello, or similar platforms is preferred
2. Should have basic knowledge of CRM systems and other client management tools
3. Experience in customer service or client-facing roles is preferred
4. Should have strong interpersonal skills and be proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility
5. Certification in project management or related fields is preferred
8. Knowledge of Google & Facebook Ads will be a plus
