About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Providing excellent English language support to clients and team members, demonstrating clear and professional communication skills
2. Utilizing technical expertise to assist with IT-related tasks, including troubleshooting CRM issues and coordinating updates with project managers and clients
3. Participating in Zoom calls with overseas clients, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across different time zones
4. Managing tasks assigned by project managers, ensuring prompt completion and adherence to quality standards
5. Adapting to evolving client requirements and maintaining flexibility in work arrangements as needed
