Project Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Act as the main client contact, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
2. Hold regular client meetings to discuss progress, address concerns, and manage expectations.
3. Create comprehensive project plans with timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
4. Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and expertise.
5. Monitor and adjust project progress to ensure timely completion.
6. Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging open communication and teamwork.
7. Motivate and support the team to achieve goals and meet deadlines.
8. Conduct regular follow-ups and status meetings to keep the team on track.
9. Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
