Role Overview:

As a Project Management Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in all aspects of multiple projects, giving you a holistic view of successful project management! You'll assist in managing timelines, resources, and team collaborations while gaining invaluable insights into startup operations. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your project management skills and contribute to our growth in a dynamic environment. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work closely with the team and the Managing Director/CEO to identify and execute initiatives that align with the company's goals which includes researching market trends, competitive analysis, and proposing innovative strategies.
2. Conduct risk assessment, mitigation planning, and monitoring in collaboration with teams.
3. Help create and maintain project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and deadlines adhered to.
4. Prepare regular project status reports and communicate progress to stakeholders.
5. Help manage the project backlog and prioritise tasks based on strategic objectives.
6. Assist in resource allocation to ensure teams have the necessary tools and support.
7. Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive project execution.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and offer suggestions to enhance efficiency.

Other requirements

1. Completed bachelor's in Business Administration (BBA), Business Management Studies (BMS), or Engineering or any related field.

2. Project management course and understanding of project management methodologies would be an added advantage.

3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

4. Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal and organisational skills.

5. Basic Strong persuasive abilities and problem-solving skills.

6. Ability to work effectively in both a team environment and independently.
