Project Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Communicate with upper management and develop strategic goals and objectives.
2. Create and implement a strategic plan to achieve agreed-upon goals and objectives.
3. Manage the organization's fiscal operating and capital budget, ensuring proper expense control.
4. Develop a project plan, including a detailed work breakdown structure (WBS).
5. Oversee project planning, organization, and supervision of the project team.
6. Review and approve project documentation for accuracy and completeness.
7. Track and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.
8. Approve spending levels and budget plans, ensuring alignment with project goals.
9. Coordinate with clients to ensure their satisfaction and manage expectations.
10. Monitor and follow performance metrics to evaluate project success.
11. Respond to approval requests and notifications in a timely manner.
12. Supervise the project team throughout the project's life cycle, ensuring effective execution.
13. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
14. Manage hiring processes and fill vacancies as needed.
15. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
