About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct a baseline research of the working domain and elements of Ekal
2. Capture photographs of the Ekal activities
3. Project planning and management
4. Project monitoring
5. Document and prepare a project progress report for the donor on different projects/ activities
6. Field visit of 7-10 days per month wherever the project location (proper arrangements and accommodation will be provided)

Full time opportunity after completion of internship based on performance during the internship period.

Additional information

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 400000 /year

The intern will be hired for the following 5 projects/roles. One for each of the project:
a. Integrated village development
b. Digital literacy projects: Ekal on Wheels-mobile digital van and Computer training lab project
c. Women empowerment center (tailoring, handicraft, etc.)
d. Sustainable agriculture (community seed bank set up, organic nutritional garden set up, organic farming)
e. Baseline study (primary and secondary) of different activities, field coordination with the project in charge of different locations
