Project Management Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on training team members, setting strategy, and monitoring progress towards goals
2. Working on decision-making, developing the team s skills, and managing conflict
3. Working on overseeing all activities within a team
4. Deciding how to approach tasks and developing a plan to accomplish them within the time frame
5. Working on distributing information to team members and stakeholders.
6. Working on keeping track of and structuring various tasks, employees, and document
7. Working on determining the goals that members will work toward & identify team goals and evaluate team progress
8. Working on maintaining the confidentiality of project within his/her team
9. Keeping management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily reports, weekly work plans & monthly.
10. Managing project progress and adapt work as required and ensuring projects meet deadlines
