Project Manager – Real Estate Projects Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop detailed project task lists and monitor their progress.
2. Assign tasks to relevant stakeholders with clear deadlines and deliverables.
3. Follow up on tasks to ensure timely completion and adherence to schedules.
4. Identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
5. Coordinate between multiple stakeholders, including contractors, marketing teams, architects, and others.
6. Maintain regular progress reports and share updates with the VP - Business Head.
7. Use project management tools to track tasks, collaborate, and report on progress
