Project Trainee - Expert Engagement Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Perform end-to-end user engagement and retention activities via various communication channels like email marketing, Telegram, SMS marketing, 1:1 manual calls, outbound dialers, social media platforms, etc.
2. Handhold and guide freelance subject matter experts on a large scale to aid them in performing better on Chegg Q&A; this includes query resolution, prompt communication, gathering feedback, etc.

Skills & Requirements:

1. Must be an Indian national and over 21 years of age
2. Must be a graduate from the year 2020, 2021, or 2022 (candidates must possess the degree/provisional certificate)
3. Must not have been an apprentice under NATS before
4. Must be freshers with less than one year of experience
5. Candidate has a degree in engineering/tech
6. Must have excellent communication (oral/written) and problem-solving skills
7. Must have PAN card, Aadhar card, and all educational documents
8. Candidates with working knowledge of MS Excel, and email marketing tools will be preferred

Note: The duration of the internship is 6-12 months
