About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

a. Design and Develop Micro-Interactions:
1. Create intuitive and delightful micro-interactions that align with Niyo's vibrant and dynamic brand identity
2. Ensure animations enhance user engagement and are consistent with our visual language and style guidelines

b. Collaborate with cross-functional teams:
1. Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and developers to ensure cohesive visual storytelling
2. Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation of animations in the final product

c. Prototype and Test Animations:
1. Develop interactive prototypes to showcase animations and gather feedback
2. Conduct user testing to refine and optimize animations for the best user experience

d. Stay updated with industry trends:
1. Keep track of the latest trends and best practices in animation and micro-interactions

1. Proficiency in animation tools such as Rive, Adobe After Effects, Lottie, or similar software.

2. A strong understanding of UX/UI principles and how animations enhance the user experience.

3. Ability to create interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

4. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

5. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and user experience.

6. Knowledge of front-end development to effectively communicate with developers.
