We need Interns to proof the transcriptions and add/update information, as needed, in a spreadsheet format referring to primary source materials in digital image form. We will supply both the spreadsheet and the original images. We are estimating the pay rate per item, not per hour.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Proof the transcriptions and add/update information
2. Review medical/legal information captured from a corresponding document (or set of images) and noted in a spreadsheet
Each document will have multiple pages (images), a variety of item types, and be connected to the spreadsheet by document id. We will provide the spreadsheet with metadata information to be reviewed, the document id, document title, item breaks within the document, and corresponding images.

1. Fluent in English
2. Can read documents handwritten in cursive
3. Ability to follow instructions
4. Accuracy is essential to the project

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 10 per item).
