Property Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Help in overseeing daily hotel operations like facilities maintenance, staff management, reservations, and accounting
2. Assist in welcoming guests and handling check-ins and check-outs
3. Ensure the property is clean and well-maintained
4. Help with customers' inquiries and complaints
5. Collaborate and communicate with the housekeeping department
6. Help the housekeeping as and when needed
7. Keep the ledger books up-to-date and accurate
8. Assist in purchasing hotel goods and amenities
9. Take responsibility for problems and tackle any issues head-on

Qualifications:

1. Higher secondary pass or a Bachelor's degree
2. 2+ years of experience in managing a hotel or bookings
3. Knowledge of MS Office and hospitality software (not mandatory)
