About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Proposal development: Organize kick-off meetings to establish proposal plans, roles, and expectations.
2. Proposal lifecycle management: Lead the full proposal lifecycle for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, ensuring timely submissions.
3. Winning strategies: Develop high-quality, compliant, and compelling proposals with a focus on winning strategies.
4. Deadline management: Create detailed plans, assign tasks, and ensure all deadlines are met.
5. Content creation: Develop well-written, compliant, and responsive proposals, SOWs, capability statements, and past performance documents.
6. Editing & proofreading: Ensure all materials are properly edited, well written in a single voice, and proofread and deliver grammatically and typographically correct content
7. Technical collaboration: Conduct SME interviews to capture technical details for tailored solutions.
8. Contract review & legal compliance: Analyze contracts for policy alignment, legal compliance, and risk mitigation; advise on legal implications and conduct research.
9. Risk assessment: Identify contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies.
10. Reporting: Provide periodic status updates and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 100 per write-up).
