Psychology Internship

We are seeking a passionate junior psychologist to join our team as a Therapy experience manager to play a crucial role in our company.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Client management:
- Conduct initial intake and introduction calls with new clients
- Administer and manage assessment tools and scales
- Collect and analyze client feedback
- Guide clients through the matching process

2. Therapist coordination:
- Maintain regular communication with empaneled therapists
- Facilitate smooth client-therapist partnerships
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for documentation and process improvements

3. Administrative duties:
- Maintain detailed records of client-therapist interactions
-Handle email communications and documentation
-Support business development initiatives
- Implement and follow standardized processes
