About Abhinav Joshi

I am a medical doctor specializing in Integrative Psychiatry and Psychosomatic Medicine. I run a nonprofit organization, Maanas Samunnati Foundation, and a mental health service, Maanas Mindcare.

Our work focuses on neuropsychiatric conditions and de-addiction across all age groups, genders, and socioeconomic backgrounds. We offer various talking therapies and psychosocial interventions to support mental well-being. To raise awareness about mental health, we regularly conduct camps and outreach programs. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive one-month internship program, offering broad exposure to various aspects of Psychology and Psychiatry.
