About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with psychologists and counselors to understand their data needs and assessment requirements
2. Create Surveys, data collection methods, and assessment tools to gather relevant information
3. Coordinate the implementation of data collection procedures, including scheduling appointments and administering surveys
4. Collect, organize, and manage data obtained from assessments, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
5. Generate ideas for new assessment approaches or modifications to existing tools based on clinical observations and feedback
6. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate data collection efforts and share insights
7. Maintain detailed documentation of assessment procedures, data sources, and analysis procedures

1. Candidate with a master's degree program in psychology or a related field

2. Interest in psychological assessment and data collection methodologies

3. Basic knowledge of research methods and statistical analysis techniques

4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

6. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team

7. Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic clinical environment

8. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
