Purchase Support Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Provide a rate of RM & PM to finance for costing and create vendor code for a new vendor
2. Negotiate with the vendor with rate, lead time, and payment terms
3. Alternate vendor development for ecom-single source materials
4. Work on providing new RM & PM rates to the plant for commercialization.
5. Work on sourcing raw materials & packing materials for personal care & professional care items
6. Coordinate with the marketing team for the new product development to get the best price from the stakeholders
7. Identify the requirements of the product and get tentative prices with the stakeholders in the market to examine the availability and the cost to calculate margins
8. Meet with the functional team to create and implement the strategies to develop the product with a cost-effective and quality product
9. Negotiate the price of the product with the stakeholders for the final specification and the artwork for commercial supply and opt for the best vendor
