1. Sound working knowledge of Python
2. Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design
3. Hands-on exposure on frameworks - Django/Flask
4. Sound Logical ability
5. Good Interpersonal Skills
6. Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture
7. Good problem-solving skills
