We're looking for an intern with VBA and Python coding skill sets. Ideally, he/she will be an expert in Python to create web scrapers and in VBA programming to build macros. He/she will work on various projects under deadlines and will be responsible for coding and development for automation.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Build web-scrappers to find specific keywords from specific websites and enter them in specific cells in Excel spreadsheets
2. Build spreadsheets that automatically scrape data from various websites
3. Make existing spreadsheets automated by developing macros
4. Make all manual processes automated, wherever possible
5. Utilize VBA/Python in new and existing spreadsheets to automate recurring work processes
6. Build spreadsheets that automatically update itself on a specific time of the day, with data from the web
7. Understand the existing problems of analysts and design spreadsheets to solve that
8. Develop robust spreadsheet models with clearly defined inputs, calculations, and final output
9. Make recommendations based on data extracted and suggest compelling visuals
10. Develop MIS spreadsheets and perform data analysis that answers business questions

We designs algorithms that predict market movements. We are looking for interns who are proficient in programming for designing algorithms, automation of spreadsheets, and building web-scrapers.
