About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Ensure that all games operate without interruptions and maintain high quality.
2. Identify and resolve real-time incidents in games related to all components of operations, including but not limited to gameplay, network connectivity, and server availability.
3. Monitor critical application functions and infrastructure components using provided monitoring tools.
4. Identify, analyze, log, and escalate alerts as necessary.
5. Work with internal systems (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) to track and manage incidents.
6. Record all events related to major incidents and generate incident reports for relevant departments.
7. Assist in installing and upgrading mobile games.
8. Play and test live games on mobile and web platforms to identify issues.
9. Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to capture test results and provide feedback.
10. Provide feedback on usability, trace results to quality risks, and report findings to the relevant teams.
