QC Material Testing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products according to established protocols and standards
2. Maintain accurate records of testing procedures, results, and observations in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
3. Assist in ensuring all materials meet quality specifications and regulatory standards before approval for production or distribution
4. Perform routine calibration and maintenance of testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results
5. Work closely with cross-functional teams including production, R&D, and quality assurance to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
6. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor s degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
2. Knowledge of material testing techniques and methodologies
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording and documenting test results
4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
5. Good communication skills and the ability to effectively convey technical information
6. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in material testing
