About the internship

Selected responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring high-quality standards of interviews and feedback review
2. Releasing interview feedback on time (TAT) as per SLAs and SOPs post-review
3. Reviewing and analyzing interview videos (quality of the video, technical questions asked, relevancy to JD)
4. Reviewing and analyzing feedback (comparing the video and feedback to check whether they are in sync)
5. Following up with panels for pending feedback and feedback editing
6. Convincing the panels politely to complete the tasks assigned to them
7. Revalidating feedback in case of any customer feedback on approved feedback and preparing a detailed report
8. Reporting technical glitches in the feedback review and editing to the technical team
9. Maintaining good relationships with panels, customers, and internal teams

Other requirements

1. A bachelor's degree or any relevant technical qualification from a reputable institution is essential

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

3. Strong computer proficiency, with knowledge of quality checks and analysis

4. A keen eye for detail and a meticulous approach to work

5. Prior BPO experience or customer service background as a quality analyst
