About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct outbound calls to verify lead information including contact details, interest level, and specific product/service requirements
2. Confirm that the leads are accurate, relevant, and meet the predefined criteria set by the sales/marketing team
3. Document call outcomes, including lead status (e.g., verified, invalid, unresponsive) in the CRM system
4. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to identify opportunities for improving lead generation strategies and overall lead quality
5. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, lead requirements, and verification procedures
