About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design and develop hardware components, including circuit boards, for input and output devices, microprocessors, and microcontrollers
2. Analyze systems data to make changes to the hardware configuration
3. Complete functionality and performance tests on the final product
4. Design hardware for robotics-related products
5. Create specifications and documents for components
6. Take ownership of software development to ensure the hardware functions for its intended purpose, with support wherever necessary
7. Interact with vendors to ensure quality and specifications are maintained
8. Ensure inventory is at the required level
9. Train trainers to use the product for educational purposes
10. Provide customer support as needed
11. Conduct field tests to ensure the product meets market requirements
12. Travel outstation to meet customers or mentors if required
13. Participate in expos and stalls
14. Ensure delivery timelines are met during production
15. Initiate development of new products and circuit boards
16. Oversee the manufacturing process of hardware components

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per quality analyst).
