Quality Assurance (CAE) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Driving the CAE initiative to address the top returns & complement the WBQ standards with the structural evaluation process
2. Working on the structural validation protocol implementation across NPI/NPD/WBQ
3. Predicting the failure at the design stage through a simulation approach and validating the solutions with physical prototype end to end
4. Working on the challenges the weight-intensive designs with structural design optimization

Skills and other requirements:

1. M. Tech in metallurgy or manufacturing
2. Should have strategic thinking
3. Should have analytical skills
4. Should have presentation skills
5. Should have structured problem-solving
6. Should have an innovative mindset
7. Should have interpersonal skills
8. Working knowledge of simulation engineering and analysis
9. Simulation software - ABAQUS/LS DYNA/ANSYS exposure
10. CAD proficiency
11. MS Office proficiency
