1. Good knowledge of QA methodologies, lifecycle, most importantly passionate about breaking the code
2. Strong in communicating issues, risk and test status in a timely and detailed manner
3. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, emerging growth environment
4. The ability to inspect problems from various perspectives
5. Ability to see the big picture and utilize a step by step logic
6. Should have a 'get shit done attitude'
7. Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies
8. Knowledge of automation tools like selenium
