As a quality control intern at Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters, you will be immersed in the world of specialty coffee, learning the ins and outs of ensuring top-notch quality in every cup. Your role will be exciting and dynamic, offering hands-on experience in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting sensory evaluations of coffee samples to ensure consistent flavor profiles and quality standards.
2. Assisting in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.
3. Collaborating with the production team to monitor and troubleshoot any quality issues that may arise during the roasting process.
4. Performing regular inspections of equipment and facilities to maintain cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.
5. Collecting and analyzing data on coffee production and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
6. Assisting in the training of staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
7. Contributing to the overall quality control strategy of the company by providing valuable insights and recommendations.

Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters provides an online marketplace specifically to sell roasted coffee. Currently operating with 55 cafes on a PAN India basis and have many more in the pipeline within and outside India.
