2. Must be good in problem-solving, data structures, and algorithms
3. Strictly looking for students who have completed the first/the second year of engineering. Others please don't apply
4. Excellent knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and maths
5. Excellent profile on some of the online judges (HackerEarth, HackerRank, Codeforces, Codechef, SPOJ, etc.)
6. Candidates with experience in creating or testing problems for online judges will be preferred
