R&D Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct Experiments in the Wet Lab - Dive into hands-on research, including synthesis, sample preparation, and performance characterization, all under minimal supervision.
2. Work in the Flexible Electronics Lab - Gain experience with cutting-edge screen-printing techniques and equipment. Prepare screens and inks for a variety of exciting printing projects.
3. Document Results and Observations - Meticulously record your findings and observations from various experiments, contributing valuable data to our research endeavors.
4. Communicate Complex Information Clearly - Develop your presentation skills by conveying complex scientific information in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing.
5. Provide Written Reports and Technical Results - Contribute to our project team by preparing detailed written reports and technical results, helping drive our innovative projects forward.
6. Ensure Safety Compliance - Maintain a thorough understanding of safety policies and regulations, ensuring that all duties are performed safely for yourself and others.
