About the internship

Selected Intern's Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

1. Training Program (First 3 Months): The intern will participate in an intensive training program from 10 AM to 4 PM, designed to provide comprehensive knowledge in real estate and construction management. They will learn key skills such as real estate management, construction management, Microsoft Project (MSP), housing finance, and other industry-related skills.
2. Onsite Work (From 4th Month Onwards): The intern will transition to an onsite role as a project coordinator at a construction site. They will gain hands-on experience in various areas such as site engineering, sales engineering, and project coordination.
3. Completion of Assigned Tasks: The intern is expected to ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks during both the training and onsite phases.

Who can apply

1. The candidate has completed a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.

2. The candidate has completed their graduation and is interested in joining the real estate and construction sector in a management profile.

Additional information

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 400000 /year
