About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about various projects for sale/rent
2. Maintain records of calls and sales and note useful information
3. Onboard clientele/their properties and explain to them on call
4. Source new sales opportunities through inbound/outbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls
5. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
6. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure maximum sales
