Real Estate Sales Executive (Sourcing) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Research and data collection: Create and maintain a comprehensive database of residential properties that includes detailed profiles, market conditions, and contact information for property owners or managers.
2. Client engagement: Actively engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and investment goals regarding residential properties.
3. Organize and conduct property tours for clients, highlighting each CP's key features and potential benefits.
4. Promoting products to CP: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote specific residential properties. This may include creating compelling listings, brochures, and online advertisements.
5. Regular follow-ups: Maintain consistent communication with clients and prospects after initial meetings or property showings to address questions and gauge interest.
