About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collecting and managing a database of potential blue-collar candidates
2. Calling candidates, informing them about the job role, and clarifying their doubts
3. Gathering necessary documents from candidates and forwarding them to the recruitment team
4. Ensuring smooth communication and coordination between candidates and the recruitment team
