About the internship

You will be responsible for maintaining and increasing our pool of global resources- translators. Our translators are typically native speakers of practically every language in the world, who work remotely from their homes, on a project basis, providing localization and other language-related services. You will work to find, screen, train and document new resources

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Help identify and source qualified translation vendors (freelance translators, linguists, interpreters, editors etc) across various languages
2. Assist in review of vendor portfolios, qualifications, and experience to ensure alignment with company requirements. Co-ordinate for interviews, assessments necessary to evaluate skills, proficiency
3. Assist in onboarding - including contract negotiation, rate cards
4. Work with vendor/project team to help build new teams as per requirement.
